Ever since I was a child I was very sensitive to other people's feelings and emotions and my ambition was to be a nurse, but life guided me on another path.  The path I chose, or should I say chose me, was to make use of my sensitive and caring nature to help others feel better mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually.

It was whilst I was fortunate to be living in Thailand in 1992 that I came across something wonderful that would change my life forever.  I met my Reiki Master, Trisha Ellis from Australia, who taught me the Traditional Usui System of Reiki Healing.

Reiki gave me a tool that I could use to help people feel better physically, more complete mentally, emotionally and to find their spiritual path.  The amazing thing that makes Reiki different from all other healing techniques is that it can be used to heal yourself as well as others.

Reiki is not only used on people but can be used successfuly on animals too.  Reiki is simply unconditional love.

I now have my own therapy room at home in the beautiful village of Fishbourne where I offer Complementary Therapies.  I am an independent Reiki Master/Teacher covering areas around Fishbourne, Chichester, West Sussex, East Sussex & Portsmouth.

I offer 1st and 2nd Degree Reiki Training to the highest level and also provide ongoing support to all my students.

Nineteen years later I am still as passionate as ever about Reiki as I know it helps and supports me in my life.
